Our mission is to provide our clients user-friendly software built to effectively manage not one, but all aspects of their educational programs and events. Only one online shopping cart needed to register for classes, tickets, purchases, donations, and memberships.

Art Center Canvas is a cloud-based platform that can be accessed from any computer, tablet or smartphone. We took the time to make it intuitive for arts and music education. Our IT team becomes your IT team, making sure that your customers' online or in-person transactions run smoothly. As our clients change and grow, we add new features and functionality that serves our common passion for arts and music education.

How We Design

Our founder, Tom McCobb, is an IT Developer whose heart is in arts education -- he's an amateur painter himself. In 2009, when a community art center needed software to manage all its programs, he took on the challenge and created the first management software specifically for arts and music centers. Since then Art Center Canvas has helped many studios, centers, and museums operate smarter and more efficiently to meet the unique needs of their community.

Orchestrate

If you like what you see and we have answered all your questions, we will talk about the implementation process. The features are robust with built in flexibility, so you are in control, and we re here to help with uploading your data and seamless integration with your public website. We will walk you through the whole process.

Launch

We actually have two launch dates. The launch of the staff application, so your staff can schedule classes, lessons and workshops, set up ticketed events and review the styling and format of Art Center Canvas web pages linked to your public website. When everything is entered and reviewed, you will relaunch your public website with pages powered by Art Center Canvas -- so your customers can purchase, donate and become members of your center entirely online through your public website.
